Basic Function:

 

The Manager, Treasury Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day treasury activities, including managing equity capital markets operations, global cash management, and treasury operations. The role will also involve ensuring efficient processes, compliance with policies, and optimizing the company’s liquidity and capital resources. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in treasury operations and capital markets with an interest in bitcoin and digital assets.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

· Serve as the primary point of contact for managing equity capital markets operations, including execution, reporting, and compliance.

· Prepare and maintain treasury reporting for senior leadership, including market data dashboards.

· Develop macros, scripts, or other automation tools for financial and operational processes.

· Automate manual processes, including Excel-based workflows and reporting tools, to enhance process efficiencies.

· Identify and deploy new technology vendors/solutions to improve cash management, forecasting, reporting, and treasury management systems for streamlined operations.

· Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks in treasury operations.

· Support compliance with company digital asset policies and ensure timely processing of treasury transactions.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting) to streamline treasury operations and ensure accurate financial data.

· Develop and implement strategies for efficient treasury and cash management operations.

· Collaborate with the capital markets team on financing initiatives, including structured debt and equity transactions.

 

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree with relevant Finance work experience.

· Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, treasury, cash management, or finance roles.

· MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced financial qualification preferred.

· Strong knowledge of treasury operations, equity capital markets, and data automation tools.

· Proficiency in treasury management systems, Excel, and financial modeling.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Interest in and/or experience with bitcoin and digital
