The role of the Co-Op Project Manager Assistant reports directly to the Project Director and has a close working relationship with the global project team, including a range of communications with the Operations teams. The Co-Op Project Manager Assistant will be involved in facilitate the project governance and controls, with the delivery of important administrative tasks and support of reporting. A good knowledge of project organization will support to successfully fulfill these responsibilities.

 

Works under the supervision of the Project Chief of Operations organizing his day-to-day Administrative activities such as:

•            Produce reports, presentations, and briefs for the Project Management team.

•            Follow up on internal action items

•            Support project meetings, preparation of MoM and other presentations as needed.

•            Book meeting rooms, management of the project rooms.

•            Draft and/or prepare a full range of materials such as emails, memorandums, reports, presentations

•            Support preparation of presentations on request from Project Director and support project event preparation

 

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

•            Degree in engineering or business administration

•            Knowledgeable in all standard office tools - Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

•            Fluent in English

•            Familiarity with projects, tendering, engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and quality processes

•            Efficient and Organized

•            Excellent Communication skills

•            Capable of initiatives

•            Autonomous

•            Resilient

•            Eager to learn

•            Team player
