Job Description
As the Car Wash Site Manager for Conrad's you will coordinate, organize and monitor daily activities such as facility maintenance, general administration and handling any incidents that occur in regard to wash repairs or staffing. You will effectively manage employees, wash expenses, marketing, advertising, outside sales and merchandising to meet monthly goals. You will build a loyal customer base, while establishing a trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness!
The car wash will be open 7-days a week and open on most Holidays. The Car Wash Site Manager will be required to work an average of 50-52 hours per week with a 5 day work week.

Hours of Operation:
Mon-Sat: 7:30am - 7:30pm
Sunday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
