 HVAC Technician

Full Time

$25.00/ hour

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly and efficient way.
• Universal EPA Certification
• 2 Years in residential and light commercial HVAC refrigerator systems.
• Ability to service/troubleshoot and repair heat pumps, LP hot air furnaces, LP hot water heaters, Ice Machines, Refrigerator/Freezer equipment, light commercial boiler system and light commercial chiller systems.
• Responsible for making sure all units that need to be Out of Service are put back in service in a timely fashion.
• Requires self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Requires ability to be available for emergency repairs.
• Will possess the ability to prioritize a rapidly changing task list for the satisfaction of our guests.
• Employees may be required to perform duties in other closely related job functions and/or departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be punctual, dependable and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Physical Demands:

• Work outdoors for extended periods of time.
• Constant standing with some walking.
• Must be able to climb ladders if needed.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up 50-75 pounds.
