This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge products and enhance user experiences for the future.</p><p>Your key objectives will be to:</p><ul> <li> <strong>Conducting</strong> thorough market and competitive research to identify opportunities and trends</li> <li>Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to align on strategic visions and build the product roadmap utilizing an OKR approach</li> <li> <strong>Leading</strong> user research and product discovery initiatives to understand and gain insights into customer needs</li> <li> <strong>Crafting</strong> clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and engaging mockups/prototypes to effectively communicate user requirements to our talented engineering team</li> <li> <strong>Supporting</strong> the agile development process, working closely to the engineering team to deliver the product roadmap and ensure high-quality feature standards</li> <li> <strong>Promoting</strong> a data-driven culture by leveraging data in decision-making and success analysis.</li> </ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience—What's your profile 👀</strong></p><ul> <li>You have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product, specifically focusing on data-centric products</li> <li>You demonstrate a deep technical understanding of software development and data engineering, including a good understanding of distributed database technologies</li> <li>You are absolutely fluent in English</li> <li>You’re curious, and attentive and you are able to turn challenges into opportunities.</li> </ul><p><strong>Good to have:</strong></p><ul> <li>Hold a degree in computer science or a related STEM field</li> <li>Prior experience working with agile methodologies</li> <li>Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch, Adobe XD.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Our Culture—Who we are🪐</strong></p><p>At Homa, we are building a community of brilliant talents.
