Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in our Westmont, IL office. This role is responsible for processing accounts payable transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Process various types of accounts payable transactions including data entry of vendor invoices, manual and emergency check requests
• Answer property inquiries via e-mail and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Understand and comply with all JLL A/P policies and procedures
• Monitor and enforce compliance by all JLL employees involved in the A/P process in respect to standard A/P policies and procedures
• Perform various other duties as assigned by a supervisor
• Assist in training of new A/P employees as needed
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and vendors as needed

Qualifications

• Two years of A/P or accounting related experience preferred
• High School degree required, College degree desirable with some accounting coursework
• Experience in an electronic accounts payable processing environment preferred
• Computer system skills including Microsoft software
• Knowledge of A/P systems desirable, including Yardi

Estimated total compensation for this position:

45,000.00 – 55,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
