Job Description for Social Media Marketing & AI/SEO Specialist

• Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  
• Create engaging content including reels and interactive posts for Facebook and other social channels
  
• Develop and implement AI-driven SEO strategies to improve search rankings for “Albuquerque realtor” searches
  
• Target and engage your existing database through strategic social media outreach
  
• Handle both paid advertising campaigns and organic social media growth
  
• Create and manage social media content that drives local real estate leads
  
• Integrate AI tools and systems to feed information into your website and marketing systems
  
• Work collaboratively with you to learn and implement AI marketing strategies
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing with content creation skills
  
• Knowledge of AI integration and SEO optimization techniques
  
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns and organic social media growth
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing channels
  
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing or similar service-based industries
  
• Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Facebook
  
• Experience with campaign setup, strategy development, and audience engagement
