Full-Time Customer Service Floater
Hiring Range: $18.13 - $21.75 per hour

Are you a dynamic customer service professional with a knack for adaptability and a passion for helping others? Embrace the role of Customer Service Floater, where you'll provide essential support across our agency's various departments. Primary Responsibilities:

Create a warm and welcoming environment by offering a friendly greeting and assisting clients and visitors with their needs.
Follow agency scheduling guidelines to maintain and manage appointments efficiently.
Perform patient registration tasks, including scheduling appointments, updating demographics, and handling client accounts.
Maintain professional communication standards by answering phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally. Return voicemail messages promptly.
Screen calls, take messages, and provide accurate information, including details about client appointments.
Update billing information, process payments, and manage client records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep the lobby entrance tidy and appealing, promptly alerting housekeeping or maintenance for additional needs.
Provide direction and wayfinding assistance to clients and visitors, ensuring they navigate the premises with ease.

Minimum Qualifications: EXPERIENCE: Experienced (minimum two years of job-related experience) Preferred Qualifications: EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE: Coursework in medical/psychiatric terminology. Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
