Product Manager, Analytics

The Role: 

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the analytics and insights capabilities for our product portfolio. In this role, you will be expected to set and deliver the vision for the next generation of analytics and insights across the Aisera product portfolio and evangelize the product capabilities with customers. You will collaborate with talented product managers, UX designers, and engineers to innovate and push the boundaries of technology.

Exceptional communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly articulate and present your vision to senior leadership are key for this role.

This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process.

Responsibilities:

• Defining the vision for analytics and insights, and working with engineering, data science, and UX designers to achieve that vision.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Diving into the current capabilities and customer feedback to understand areas of opportunity, defects, and customer needs.
• Identifying the data and metrics necessary to provide product insights and value-added analytics across the breadth of our products.
• Working with customer success and sales teams to help ensure our data and metrics are properly positioned and evangelized with customers.
• Communicating and earning trust with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in Hi-Tech/SaaS industry
• Experience in Analytics/visualization tools required
• Experience driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience owning technology products including feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Prior experience in bringing net new products to market is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science (MBA preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Startup experience
• Enterprise SaaS experience
