CRA & Fair Lending Staff Analyst

About the role
* Collect, validate, reconcile and prepare CRA and 1071 data for completeness and accuracy.
* Work with business units to resolve data discrepancies in the CRA and 1071 data identify root cause and recommend corrective action(s) as appropriate.
* Conduct follow-up to ensure all aforementioned discrepancies are corrected.
* Prepare CRA data for annual submission to the Federal Reserve by the deadline (March 1).
* Prepare 1071 data for annual submission to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau by the deadline (June 1).
* Assist in preparation for CRA and Fair Lending examinations, assurance testing and internal audits, includes coordination and the collection of information, materials and other data for CRA examinations.
* Perform CRA and Fair Lending monitoring for Committees, to include but not limited to loan distributions by type for income level, gross annual revenue (GAR) level, census tract income level, minority, and census tract minority level; rate review monitoring; and monitoring of loan exceptions.
* Assist with the collection of information and preparation of CRA and Fair Lending Committee meeting packages.
* Prepare notes of the Committee meeting quarterly.
* Collect and build community development activity packages.
* Regularly update community development activities for CRA Committee presentment.
* Update the top assessment areas by deposit annually when the Summary of Deposits updates are published.
* Prepare monthly Riegle-Neal LTD ratio updates and distribute.
* Prepare list of branches located in middle-income distressed or underserved census tracts annually when the listing is published.
* Perform annual branch geocoding updates.
* Load loan and assessment/analysis area information into CRA/HMDA/1071 reporting/analysis software as necessary.
* Assist with the tracking and reporting community development services.
* Conduct virtual or in person community development financial literacy classes for community based organizations.
* Maintain timelines, project lists, and community contact listing.
* Maintain the Bank's CRA public file and update annually as required (April 1).
* Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Long periods of paperwork and review
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

* 3 years' experience in banking
* Knowledge of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Regulation and CRA reporting requirements preferred
* Knowledge of Fair Lending Regulations and 1071 reporting requirements preferred
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be organized, detail oriented and work effectively in a team environment
