Description of Duties:

The Functional Lead – Ground System Integrators supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

·       Troubleshoot system anomalies

·       Send daily summary emails on team’s accomplishments and brief that to government partners every morning

·       Provide monthly TOSR inputs regarding significant accomplishments and needs of the team

·       Run daily scrum

·       Provide a system status report to performers regarding virtual machine usage

·       Parse ACAS scan findings and assign fix actions to team members

·       Supervisory duties – timecards and semi-annual reviews

The successful candidate will:

·       Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic Requirements:

·       Must have 6, or more, years of IT experience

·       Must have 1, or more, years of experience working in a management or leadership role

·       Must have 2, or more, years MDSEA MEGS experience

·       Must have experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows

·       Must have Scrum Master experience

·       Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher (ex: Security+)

·       Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

This position is expected to pay $140,000 - $160,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
