We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction by providing friendly, professional, and efficient service. Responsibilities

• Monitor and report customer feedback to improve services and processes.
• Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to address customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
