This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a DX Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Support of internal and external customers through the validation and booking of DX Sales contracts and instrument orders in the Siemens ERP platform (SAP)
  • Management of Siemens DX contract portfolio, including but not limited to:
    • All activities & associated supplemental changes to contracts over the term of the contract
    • Contract renewal and extensions
    • Contract inquiries from both internal and external customers
    • Annual price increases
    • Review and resolution of customer pricing disputes
  • Maintain accuracy of books and records by ensuring compliance with all finance, accounting, and quality policies

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and collaborate with /consult with peers and others outside of functional area to resolve complex issues and improve existing processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting and finance principles

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of related experience 
  • Financial acumen and demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems and apply problem-solving skills effectively is needed. Ability to operate independently, make decisions and recommendations to resolve issues is important.
  • Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workflow, perform under sensitive deadlines.
  • Adaptable to change

The base pay range for this position is:

$60,860 - $83,677

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
