The estimated base salary range for this role is “$110,000 to $130,000” per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

Reporting to the Senior EHS Manager, the Regional EHS Manager will bring leadership and strong management skills to continually improve our EHS culture. The incumbent will provide technical expertise to our manufacturing plants, lead initiatives, and will be responsible for providing functional excellence and leadership in the EHS cultural transformation in this key area of our business. Additionally, this role will provide coaching, training, and mentoring various Plant Managers, Business Managers, Plant EHS Managers and their teams on EHS tools and processes.
Preferred remote locations are: Lancaster, PA; Bay Area or Sacramento CA

What you will do
- Assists with, develops, and executes strategic plans for EHS integration to full adherence to AWI standards across the network.
- Owns and drives EHS methodologies throughout the organization fostering culture change.
- Provides tactical EHS leadership to designated manufacturing plants and business operations.
- Provides EHS project management.
- Prepares improvement activities and events, ensuring proper resourcing and ties to business objectives, conducts post event follow-up, and audits results.
- Leverages company sites through benchmarking, best practice sharing, and transfer of Kaizen activities.
- Develops and implements EHS policies and standard operating procedures.
- Prepares and delivers EHS training, as required.
- Leads selected EHS audits and AWI Proactive Corrective Action Process events.
