Job Summary
The Client Data Coordinator works as part of the program management team to manage the client databases and related processes that support the provision of high-quality services across BRC’s programs. The position supports the administration and management of various programmatic efforts relating to data quality assurance, staff training, help desk support, and user account provisioning. The Health Data Coordinator reports to BRC’s Director of Client Data Management.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Manage the AWARDS Help Desk by logging all requests, responding promptly, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Escalate requests and writing technical problem descriptions to database programmers as needed
- Provide remote and in-person training and hands-on support on the AWARDS database, including managing training logistics and providing online “office hours” for individualized support
- Develop materials, including how-to guides, cheat sheets, and screenshots
- Communicate planned and unplanned system service outages and other priority matters
- Manage user accounts in AWARDS and other databases to create, provision, suspend, and deactivate in a timely manner
- Continuously work on quality control for databases, including managing duplicate records, housing inventory and multi-program shared data resources
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team with Compliance, Performance Management, Fiscal, Human Resources, and others to support meet needs and deadlines
- Identify needs and develop solutions related to client data management

Skills
- Superior computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and other data programs; knowledge of AWARDS is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail, accuracy and pacing
- Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated judgment and discretion with regard to confidential information
- Ability to proactively work independently and apply critical thinking
- Strong commitment to improving equity and inclusion in all facets of work
Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week
- Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
- Hybrid - 3 days in office
Qualifications:
- BA required in related field such as Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, etc.
- Prior work experience in human services, behavioral health or related fields is required.
*Vaccination preferred but not required.
