We have 2 shifts available:
Day Shift: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Swing Shift: 3:30pm - 10:30pm
Position Summary
Lodge Services is a detail-oriented, hardworking position. The Cleaning Specialist performs custodial and maintenance duties in lodges and around mountain facilities; troubleshoots, responds to emergency calls for service; implements setup and possibly takedown for a wide variety of mountain and community events; works closely with employees and the public to meet the custodial needs of the area; and resolves problems to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
Clean and maintain facilities, following and enforcing cleaning checklists.
Assist with Laundry.
Vacuum and clean carpets.
Empty garbage, wipe down surfaces.
Clean restrooms, kitchens, and bar areas.
Collects recycled material,s including cardboard.
Understands and follows Lodge Service and Mt. Bachelor policies.
Aware of chemicals used and knows where to find SDS information sheets.
Follow all Safety matrix topics and help teammates maintain a safe working environment.
Secondary Function
Assist other departments as needed.
Job Scope
In addition to our wilderness environment, we want to provide an environment of cleanliness at the resort. The Lodge Service staff are responsible for the cleanliness of the resort and are front-line representatives of Mt. Bachelor, given the nature of working in multiple locations across the resort. They have the opportunity to help and answer guest questions. You are expected to complete all your job duties and take the initiative to clean anything that requires your attention.

This position is a front-line guest-facing position, interacting with every department.
Specific Job Skills
License/Certifications: Current and valid driver’s license preferred.
