Hours: Friday - Monday 11pm-7am

Duties:

• Excellent customer service to co-workers, client employees and customers and vendors.
• Excellent computer skills - Security Access Control System, CCTV, Environmental Management and Control systems, and the fire alarm systems
• Answer and relay incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
• Report and take immediate action of situations posing a risk to the business, property or personnel.
• Check personnel, contractors, service technicians, and vendors for proper authorization to enter.
• Patrol campus and buildings, monitoring for conditions or situations which pose a risk to the safety/security.
• Respond to emergencies - medical, chemical spills, fire evacuations.

Position Requirements: 

• 18 years of age or older  
• High School Diploma or GED Required  
• Excellent computer / technology skills needed 
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus 
• Customer service background preferred 
• Valid Driver’s license with clear driving record required. 

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
