Principal, Workday Reporting & Security Process Owner - Remote Work Option

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Workday Reporting and Security Process Owner (SPO) serves as a subject matter expert for the reporting and security landscape within Nike's Workday HR Systems technology platforms. This role will collaborate closely with HR functions, business stakeholders, technical teams, and Workday administrators to ensure the delivery of efficient, secure, and insightful reporting capabilities that meet evolving needs of the business.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Strategic:
Define and execute on multiyear road map in partnership with HR Reporting, People Analytics, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Global Process Owners (GPOs), and HR Technology
Develop strategic solutions in partnership with Tech to enable HR strategies and priorities
Solution with a Teammate-First mindset, creating consumer grade, frictionless experiences that deliver excellence
Collaborate with other SPOs to identify possible impacts and ensure consistent design and user experience across capabilities
Operational:
Execute against the Nike framework for global program governance, key performance indicators, and service level agreements adapting where necessary due to geo specific practices, customs, and/or regulations.
Provide direction and recommendations on Workday reporting and security functionality and design in line with industry best practices and global governance.
Assess efficiency of existing HR policies, guidelines, and processes; provide operational trend analysis and recommendations for evolution.
Prioritize with intent, focusing on streamlining reporting and security needs
Drive consistent and standardized practices.
Leadership:
Lead all phases of feature release related to Workday reporting and security - validation of design against local requirements, testing, implementation, and hypercare.
Lead by example, advocating for the HR Op Model ways of working and governance in partnership with TPM, Engineering, and HR Teams.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Workday reporting and security functionality and support the Data Compliance and Reporting team in advocating for new features.
Serve as a guardian of HR data, policies, and procedures, ensuring data quality, privacy, and security within Workday and other HR systems.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Centers of Excellence to understand the HR business strategy and priorities.
Global Process Delivery to define optimized business processes to support the HR business.
HR System Solutions to ensure reporting and security is considered early in any new Workday functionality and throughout the entire lifecycle.
Engineering and Technical Product Managers to define and prioritize solutions that enable HR business strategy via Workday reporting and security technology.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
