Job Description
As an Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s growth, playing a crucial role in connecting Australian businesses with game-changing marketing solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to sharpen your sales skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be instrumental in identifying and qualifying potential clients, setting the stage for our senior sales team to close deals. Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns, offering free marketing audits to businesses across Australia
- Expertly qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
- Utilize cutting-edge CRM systems (Monday.com) and communication tools (Aircall) to manage and track leads efficiently
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointments set
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to continuously refine lead qualification processes
- Develop a deep understanding of our digital marketing services to effectively communicate value to prospects
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Contribute to the improvement of sales strategies and scripts based on feedback and results
Requirements
- 4+ years of telemarketing experience, preferably with an Australian client or business
- Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in cold calling, preferably within the Australian market
- Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques
- Excellent listening skills and ability to identify client pain points
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required
