  • Service, maintain, make minor repairs, such as motor replacement, valve and controls repair, etc., and perform preventive maintenance to domestic and commercial heating and ventilating systems, convertors, radiators, radiation units, coils and auxiliary components to include supply and return lines, controls and sensing devices necessary for proper operation
  • Maintain and make minor repairs such as motor replacement, valve and controls repair, etc., lubricate, clean filters and coils, change belts and adjust pulleys on air handling equipment to include fan coil units, exhaust fans, make-up air fans, unit heaters etc.
  • Install, maintain, repair, inspect and test steam traps in the steam distribution system within buildings
