Sr Data Analyst

This employee will be responsible for completing any and all assigned projects including but not limited to; learning the necessary skills required, managing work time to meet deadlines, take initiative and architect a solution for any obstacles, and work respectfully with their fellow co-workers. They will be expected to take on more complex projects which may include more advanced skills such as coding in advanced languages, building machine learning algorithms, maintaining advanced department tools, using advanced mathematics to produce valid statistical
models, or use any other advanced techniques. Finally, they will be required to openly share/teach and lead junior analysts in the development of their skills and knowledge for the overall advancement of the department.
JOB FUNCTIONS

• Assisting with Tableau server, R studio Server administrative duties
• Providing aid and training to junior data analysts
• Working with different business units to understand their reporting and analytical needs
• Architecting, building, and deploying any relevant analytical project, including but not limited to stock reports, dashboards, machine learning, and gamification models

Qualifications Education

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Master's Degree Preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• advanced coding languages used for data science work (R, Python, Java)
• developing machine learning algorithms
• SQL language
• statistics and other advanced mathematics for use in analytical reporting
• data visualization tools, specifically Tableau
