Job Description
We are seeking a Cloud Administrator to add to our dynamic team. In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the implementation and deployment of M365 and Azure tenant configurations, endpoint enrollment and monitoring customer environments. You will be able to showcase your M365 administration and Azure skills utilizing Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Purview, License Management and PowerShell scripting.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Maintain security and reliability of Exchange Online and M365 systems and services.
- Support our M365 security and compliance management.
- Assist in the design and delivery of Microsoft solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
- Deploy Microsoft configuration baselines
- Deploy security configuration baselines.
- Work closely with sales, developers and engineering team members to solve issues and provide sustainable solutions.
- Utilize Scrum methodologies to assign and delegate tasks to ensure that the team’s work aligns with priorities ensuring that the team is fully deployed and not idle.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Demonstrated M365 Administration experience in Entra ID, user account management, conditional access policies, MFA and self-service password reset, privileged identity management, Purview, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with Entra ID Connect and Hybrid Environment Management.
- Knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Manager device enrollment (mobile and desktop), device configuration and compliance policies and update rings.
- Strong familiarity with automation and scripting using PowerShell.
- Ability to deploy the Microsoft Defender suite of tools.
- Experience working on a support desk; creating, updating, and closing tickets, maintaining Service Level Targets/Agreements, strong customer communication skills and a strong sense of urgency to solve customer problems.
- Ability to manage OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office 365 Applications.
It’s a bonus if you:
- Have experience using BitTitan’s MigrationWiz, AvePoint or similar tool to perform Email/OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams migrations.
- Have experience taking in requirements and deploying virtual Infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
- Are familiar with Dynamics 365 CRM or other ITSM Systems.
- Have experience with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework and/or NIST 800-171.

- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong verbal, documentation and writing skills.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum Processes.
- Ability to work project tasks to completion with little to no supervision.
- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task.
