  • Administer and maintain core infrastructure systems (Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy).
  • Maintain and improve Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Manage and support our identity provider platform (Okta), including SSO, MFA, user lifecycle, and app integrations.
  • Oversee and support virtualization environments (VMware and Hyper-V).
  • Implement and maintain security and compliance controls across systems and devices.
  • Provide tier 3 support and act as an escalation point for global IT issues.
  • Drive automation and scripting initiatives to streamline repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patching cycles, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Collaborate with peers across global regions to implement best practices.
  • Mentor IT support staff and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and usage to proactively address issues.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding, user lifecycle management, and access controls.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives with People & Culture, InfoSec, and Workplace teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration in a mixed OS environment.
  • Deep hands-on experience with:

  • Okta administration (user provisioning, SSO, MFA policies, application integrations).
  • Core networking concepts and technologies including firewalls, VPNs, switches, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Proven track record in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Experience supporting global end users and resolving a wide range of workplace technology issues across devices, systems, and applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
