We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Your ability to anticipate needs and solve problems will be key to success in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executives.
