You will collaborate closely with various departments to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate communication between customers and our internal teams. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated customer accounts
• Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and handle billing questions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions
• Provide product and service information to customers to support their needs
• Monitor customer account status and follow up on outstanding issues

• Proven experience in customer service or account management
