Recognizing the power of automation, we seamlessly integrate CI/CD into our daily workflow. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your main responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Capturing and understanding customer needs (internal and external). </li> <li>Collaboratively building embedded connectivity systems with stakeholders. </li> <li>Specifying, designing, and developing advanced embedded connectivity solutions and toolchains. </li> <li>Contributing to and enhancing the continuous delivery pipeline. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a candidate that loves software development. A candidate that is able to make redesign of implementations, optimize performance, and increase resilience of the system. Our digital solutions are now starting to scale, and it is thus important that the maturity of our implementations is taken to the next level," emphasizes Henrik. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your background: </p> <p>We imagine that you:  </p> <ul> <li>Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. </li> <li>Bring 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with proficiency in C/C++, Python, or similar languages. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience in developing task/thread based embedded software is expected.  </li> <li>Basic knowledge of PKI security technologies X.509, TLS and SSL is beneficial. </li> <li>Possess experience in LTE, Wi-Fi, BLE, Thread and Matter, Ethernet (TCP, UDP, HTTPS, MQTT), Modbus, RS232/RS485, and related technologies. </li> <li>Demonstrate an outgoing nature, working closely with key stakeholders. </li> <li>Have excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. </li> </ul> <p>Advantageous Skills: </p> <ul> <li>Knowledge from working with embedded Linux systems and edge computing systems. </li> <li>Previous experience and proficiency in Test and Behavior Driven Development (BDD). </li> <li>Knowledge of CMake and Gradle based build systems is beneficial.  </li> <li>Experience in developing IoT systems and applications. </li> <li>Knowledge or experience in distributed control and predictive analytics is considered an asset. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What’s in it for you? </p> <p>Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
