This role will define the product vision, drive the roadmap, and partner across the organization to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge, a data-driven mindset, and strong leadership skills to build and inspire a high-performing product team that advances our mission of transforming policy management for our customers. What Our VP, Product Management Will Do 

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for the Policy Decisions platform, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Drive the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize value, scalability, and operational efficiency in the P&C insurance space.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Underwriting, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and high-quality policy management solutions.
• Utilize market insights, customer feedback, and data-driven analysis to inform product enhancements and maintain competitive differentiation.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing, highly engaged business unit, which may span multiple units or departments and may include managers, senior managers, directors, and Associate Vice Presidents 
• Create workforce plans, including staffing strategy that onboards and retains exceptional talent
• Work with Executive Leadership and peers to establish strategy and execution plans  
• Adopt and reinforce company policies, processes, and programs
• Ensure adherence with the company’s tools and processes to lead a world class organization
