We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Property Soar. This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the real estate industry. As a Sales Assistant, you will support our sales team by assisting with client inquiries, organizing sales-related paperwork, and ensuring that our clients have an excellent experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing client interactions and property showings
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about available properties
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and client communications
- Help organize and prepare marketing materials for listings
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and filing documents
- Support sales staff with various day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow
- Handle inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Learn and apply real estate industry knowledge to assist with client needs and inquiries
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Basic understanding of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.)
