Overview

Associate Attorney – Chinese Business & Litigation Group sought by Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP for a position based in Sacramento, CA. Must have a Master’s in Law and 12 months of experience as an Associate Attorney or a J.D. in Law and 12 months of experience. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California. The position requires proficiency in the Chinese language. Must have one years of experience advising on Chinese investment projects on corporate and securities financial laws and equity financing. May work remotely up to three days per week.   Duties include: Advise public and private companies with operations primarily in China, both domestic and foreign, on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including securities offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financings, and general corporate matters. Salary is $149,500.
