The Boeing Company is looking for an Entry-Level Contract Management Specialist based out of Hazelwood, MO.


Our Contract Management Specialists support U.S. Government (USG) and Foreign Military Sale (FMS) type contracts and proposal activities. This position includes a variety of contract management tasks, including leading proposal development, fact-finding, negotiation and award of contracts. Additionally, these specialists will coordinate with different functions to dissect statements of work, review terms and conditions, and maintain communications with internal and external partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Receive and analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) from United States Government customers

  • Collaborate closely with specialized teams across various programs, including F-18, T-45, AV-8B, F-15, Harpoon, Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM), as well as Executive Transport, Bombers, and Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS)

  • Develop comprehensive proposals that include appropriate terms and conditions, pricing, and statements of work

  • Negotiate prices and terms with government contracting officers and review contractual agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies

  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including estimating and program management teams, to ensure alignment and accuracy in proposals

  • Maintain thorough documentation and records of all contractual agreements and negotiations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher by January 2026

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • University coursework or experience in a business-related function including but not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Estimating and Pricing, Business Operations, Procurement Financial Analysis

  • Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $54,400 - $73,600
