The successful candidate will lead opportunities to develop the inventory processes and systems within the Used equipment &amp; Rental fleet team.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Provide ongoing continuous support of the Used Equipment &amp; Rental Fleet division in Canada and Global remarketing divisions.</li> <li>Perform administration of Used and Rental processes including completing the quote-to-order to delivery process. </li> <li>Arrange and attend weekly Used Parts/Equipment meetings including scribing and distribution of documented minutes, and required action items.</li> <li>Complete routine and ad hoc reporting and documentation for internal distribution. </li> <li>Partner with finance team, and customers, to ensure invoices and payments are correct and issued/processed on a monthly basis. </li> <li>Perform reconciliations of final sell price and margin realization of all Used parts for cost analysis</li> <li>Contribute to ongoing physical stock management counts including receipting of items, recording transfers, and logging storage locations. </li> <li>Assist with marketing and pre-sales activities if required.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>College diploma or undergraduate degree preferred.</li> <li>Multi-tasking and strong organization skills. </li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Minimum 2 years SAP experience.</li> <li>Minimum 2 years Planning and/or Inventory Management experience</li> <li>MS Office experience with Excel and Outlook emphasis.</li> <li>Mechanical aptitude is an advantage.</li> </ul> <p>Komatsu (Joy Global - Canada) is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
