<p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><b>Essential Job Functions:</b><br/>• Support security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans, assisting in generating reports and recommendations.<br/>• Monitor security events and incidents, escalating issues as required and contributing to containment efforts.<br/>• Assist with the implementation of security policies and standards.<br/>• Collaborate with the security team on documentation and process improvement.<br/>• Participate in incident response activities and assist with investigations.<br/>• Begin to familiarize oneself with security trends and best practices.<br/>• Support security awareness training initiatives.<br/>• Display a strong desire to learn and grow in the security field.<br/><br/><b>Basic Qualifications:</b><br/>• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience<br/>• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience<br/>• Proficiencies in information security and risk assessment<br/>• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology<br/><br/><b>Other Qualifications:</b><br/>• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent are a plus</p><p></p><p>#LI-DNI</p><p></p><p><span>At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
