Assist the Quality Training Department in carrying out various training programs and procedures for all employees.  Responsibilities include maintenance of data within the Learning Management System, maintenance of curricula, generation of reports and providing support in training development and delivery on as needed basis. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

Enter and update employee information, training items, and curricula within the Leaning Management System. Generate training related reports within the Learning Management System. When new procedures are created or existing procedures are revised, update curricula to reflect changes. Maintain training records. Audit training records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare printed training materials and provide logistical support. Enter requisitions for ordering and stocking training supplies. At the direction of the supervisor/manager create supporting training materials and/or media (audio, video, etc.) Assist with delivery of cGMP, Safety, Security training to new hires. On as needed basis, schedule training. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.

• Basic Mathematical Skills

• Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.   

• Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.

• Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.

• Ability to hold oneself in a professional manner.

• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.

• Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
