Join our dynamic Fanatics Accounting Shared Service organization as the Senior Manager of our Service Delivery Optimization. We are seeking a hands-on and forward-thinking teammate with experience in driving change and transformation within Accounting Teams. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Fanatics’ development and maturity, preparing for growth, and enhancing scalability. You will also collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Senior Management, Directors, and cross-functional teams, to drive process and system improvements,elevating efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Core Responsibilities:1. Process Re-Design and Change Management:• Develop and implement a program management model to assess current stateprocesses.• Identify process improvements and create a roadmap for re-engineering manualprocesses.• Collaborate with Holdings Group, Business Verticals, and cross-functional businesspartners on change management and process improvement impacts.• Implement change management plans and ensure SOX internal control frameworkcompliance.• Provide thought leadership for accounting shared services processes, bringing newideas, solutions, and best practices to the design and operational teams.
2. Development of SOPs and KPIs:• Manage the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ProjectManagement/KPI trackers.• Identify and track key process metrics to measure benefits achieved viatransformation efforts.• Prioritize process improvement initiatives impacting Accounting Shared Services andestablish success measures.
3. Project Management:• Collaborate with Accounting Shared Services Leadership Team and businessverticals’ Controllership leaders.• Strategically manage monthly meetings between Accounting Shared Services andVertical Controllership teams.• Drive improvements and efficiencies in the monthly close process and optimizationprojects.
4. Process Improvement and Systems Implementation:• Project Lead the implementation of process and controls improvement plans.• Collaborate with the Enterprise Finance and Technology Transformation Team ondigital initiatives including RPA utilizing Automation Anywhere.• Leverage systems implementation experience to assess, recommend, and integratecutting-edge technologies for process optimization.• Collaborate with Finance Technology teams to ensure seamless integration ofsystems and processes during Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.• Provide expertise in the implications of system changes on accounting processes.
5. M&A Integration:• Support M&A Accounting Shared Services Integration efforts.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.• 2+ years of hands-on management experience leading accounting or finance teams with strategic initiative development.• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance transformation, strategy & assessment, or leading digital transformation programs.• Solid understanding of Proc
