Apprentice Commercial HVAC Tech

We are seeking an Apprentice HVAC Service Technician who is interested in taking the fast track to becoming a Senior Licensed HVAC Technician. The ideal candidate will be prepared for an intensive training schedule and rapid exposure to the commercial equipment, along with support from existing senior technicians and a Service Manager who is dedicated to the growth of our apprentices. We also offer apprenticeship licensing and celebrate several technicians achieving their HVAC Refrigeration Technician’s license each year.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned technicians on commercial equipment including Packaged Rooftop Units, VRF Systems, Split Systems, and more. You will receive active training throughout your career and will receive outstanding opportunities for advancement.

Location: Burlington, MA and surrounding Counties 

Pay: $22-$30 DOE + Excellent benefits package!

The technician we are seeking will have completed an accredited HVAC program and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and develop within the trade. 1-2 years of trade experience is preferred, but not required.
