Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to lead and support the successful execution of the RESET initiative within our Global Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly blend analytical capabilities with program management expertise. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Operations Management (POM), Product Development Teams (PDT), Procurement, Factory operations, IT and in-house analytics team to deliver transformative results aligned with organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Analysis:

  • Analyze operational workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within the POM NPI function.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across POM, PDT, Procurement, and Factory functions.
  • Develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to guide decision-making and process improvements.
  • Create and present detailed reports, dashboards, and metrics to track progress and outcomes of RESET objectives.
  • Conduct trade-off analyses across various supply chain levers to evaluate potential impacts and optimize outcomes.
  • Assess current business processes and technologies to design future-state ("to-be") models aligned with measurable business ROI objectives.
  • Perform data and system analyses to identify technical debt or gaps and develop scalable, flexible architectures that meet evolving business needs.

Program Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end program management of the RESET initiative, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and overall objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with POM, PDT, Procurement, and Factory teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of RESET goals.
  • Regularly communicate progress, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the central point of contact between various teams to drive collaboration and ensure all aspects of the RESET initiative are well-coordinated.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their involvement throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings, workshops, and reviews to keep teams aligned and focused.

Change Management:

  • Support the adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies introduced under the RESET initiative.
  • Develop and deliver training materials or workshops for impacted teams.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations, or an MBA with a focus on Supply Chain is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis within global operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python).
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
