About the Role:Join our dynamic team at AMD Converting & Label in Waukesha, WI, as a Shop Worker specializing in Flexo Pressman, Router Operation, and Finishing Inspection. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills will contribute to creating high-quality signage and graphics.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality prints.
• Set up and operate CNC routers for precise cutting and shaping of materials.
• Perform finishing tasks including laminating, cutting, and assembling signage products.
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the workplace.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience operating flexo presses and CNC routers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and reporting.
• Physical ability to lift materials and operate machinery safely.
