Construction Skilled Workers (Sandwich Panel Installers and Interior Construction Workers)

**Mono Rakennus Oy is recruiting 15 experienced construction workers for sandwich panel installation and interiorconstruction works for a Data Center project in the Uusimaa region, Finland.**<br><br>The project is expected to begin at the **end of September 2026**.<br><br>Positions and duties:<br><br>We are looking for workers with experience in one or more of the following areas:<br><br>**Sandwich panel installation**<br><br>- Installation of external and internal sandwich panels<br> <br>- Installation of façade and wall panels<br> <br>- Installation of flashings, seals and related components<br> <br>- Measuring, aligning and fixing panels according to drawings<br> <br>- Working with lifting equipment and mobile elevating work platforms<br> <br><br>**Interior construction and fit-out**<br><br>- Drywall and plasterboard installation<br> <br>- Installation of suspended ceilings<br> <br>- Installation of insulation and other interior structures<br> <br>- General interior fit-out and finishing works<br> <br>- Reading and following construction drawings<br> <br><br>Requirements<br><br>- Previous experience in sandwich panel installation, drywall construction, ceiling installation or other interior construction (fit-out) work<br> <br>- Ability to use common construction tools<br> <br>- Ability to read and follow construction drawings<br> <br>- Good understanding of construction-site safety<br> <br>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br> <br>- Sufficient English language skills to understand work and safety instructions<br> <br>- Valid residence permit and right to work in Finland<br> <br>- Valid Finnish Occupational Safety Card before starting work<br> <br><br>Employment details<br><br>- **Location:** Uusimaa region, Finland<br> <br>- **Estimated starting date:** End of September 2026<br> <br>- **Number of positions:** 15<br> <br>- **Working hours:** Full-time<br> <br>- **Employment type:** Fixed-term/project-based employment<br> <br>- **Salary:** According to the applicable Finnish collective agreement and the employees experience<br> <br><br>How to apply<br><br>Send your CV to the following email address, and briefly describe your experience in sandwich panel installation or interior construction works.<br><br>**Email:** <a href="mailto:info@monorakennus.fi" rel="nofollow">info@monorakennus.fi</a><br><br>**Subject:** Application – Panel and Interior Construction Worker
