Speech Language Pathologist- ESY

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team near Tuckerton, NJ in a ESY school-based position! Join us in making a meaningful difference in every child’s developmental journey.

We welcome Clinical Fellows and recent graduates, offering direct supervision and hands-on training to support your growth and success.

Position Details

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatrics)
Placement: Exclusive ESY school assignment — no travel required
Hours: 8:30am-12:30pm
Days: Monday-Thursday
Pay Range: $60–$65
Dates: July 6th 2026-Aug 6th 2026
Clinical Fellows: Receive direct supervision

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy to support speech and language development
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to required guidelines
