Associate Full Stack Engineer (Java, Oracle, PL/SQL)

The Role

We are seeking an entry level Full Stack Software Engineer with passion for building high-quality software applications. You will be a contributor on an Agile squad focused on developing industry leading integration solutions in HR/Payroll area. You will play a role in the development and operationalization of capabilities that are important to Workplace Solution’s future business strategy. These ultramodern product offerings will enable our clients and partners to seamlessly integrate with our services. In this role, you will be working closely with tech leads to design, code, unit-test new applications.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• BS or above in Computer Science or related field
• 1 year of web/application development experience with proven understanding of Java/Spring MVC, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Angular, Node JS
• Knowledge of building and supporting server-side components using REST API and backend SQL /Stored Procedure Components
• Experience building and deploying applications in a DevOps environment using CI/CD tools
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket Server (Stash), Jenkins, and uDeploy
• Experience with cloud technologies Azure/AWS
• Experience collaborating in a team environment as well as work independently
• An understanding of the Agile software development practices
• Organized, highly responsive and committed to quality

Our chapter is part of Data Engineering under Fidelity’s Workplace Solutions technology group. We build software products that is vital to the modernization of the Workplace Solution platforms to improve the overall experience for our customers. Currently we are actively working on multiple key initiatives that are top priority for the business unit.
