  • Participate in service agreement negotiations, including pricing, scope of work, payment terms, and duration.
  • Monitor service supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, cost, delivery, or contract compliance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives related to service spend.

  • Act as the site-level process owner for documenting, streamlining, and automating the supplier onboarding workflow.
  • Lead supplier onboarding activities, ensuring new vendors meet ATI requirements related to documentation, compliance, insurance, safety, and system setup.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to identify and mitigate risks during supplier selection.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers during the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, EHS, Finance, AP, IT, and Operations) to ensure timely and compliant supplier activation.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation within Oracle and supporting systems.
  • Ensure ongoing supplier compliance and support periodic audits or reviews as required.

  • Partner with internal customers to understand service requirements, timelines, and operational impacts.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Finance to resolve invoicing or supplier setup issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical solutions and process improvements to reduce administrative backlog and improve department efficiency.
  • Support standardization and documentation of procurement and onboarding processes.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for service buying and supplier onboarding best practices.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
