Job Details:

General Notes

Purpose

  Process Purchasing, payments, and travel. Assist visitors and delivery people.

Responsibilities

  • VP payment documents, travel authorizations, and reimbursements.

  • Assist with UT Market carts and the occasional ordering of kitchen supplies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, one year of experience at the Administrative Assistant level, or high school graduation or GED, and five years of administrative experience.   General knowledge of purchasing, payment, and travel.   Excellent communication skills verbal and written.  Regular and punctual attendance.   Excellent attention to detail is a must.  Good computer skills.  This assignment reports to the office 100%.

Hourly Rate

$20.00

Working Conditions

  • Attire: Business Casual

Work Shift

  • Hours per week - 40

  • The work schedule is from 9:00 a.m.. to 5:30 p.m. - M-F - in person.
