In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a B2B Project Coordinator to join our Marketing team. In this remote position, you will support the Business-To-Business team as well as internal associates—including the Business Development team and Sales representatives—through the management and oversight of the marketing request process. As internal requests are received, you will track, plan and execute each request to deliver industry-leading marketing pieces. Additional responsibilities may include organizing and tracking regional B2B email campaigns, managing marketing calendars via Monday.com and pulling data for campaign analyses. Successful candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to skillfully operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy environment. And we’re here to help you succeed—Lakeshore recently earned its Great Place to Work® Certification™ and is proud to put its associates first.

A day in the office looks like this:

  • Serving as the day-to-day operational point of contact for all B2B marketing requests, which includes planning and executing various web, digital and print marketing pieces for B2B partners
  • Supporting the execution of creative assets for B2B marketing campaigns by owning content requests, constructing creative briefs and attending/recapping project kickoffs and debriefs
  • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives, timelines and next steps to the Marketing team and other departments
  • Working closely with other departments—such as the Creative, Sales and Business Development teams—to develop and deploy targeted strategies and corresponding marketing campaigns
  • Pulling data and content for presentations to various internal and external audiences
  • Scheduling meetings on behalf of the B2B Marketing team, taking notes during meetings and sending out recap emails
  • Supporting the B2B Marketing team with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., submitting jobs in Workfront, submitting analytics requests, etc.)
  • Working alongside the B2B Demand Generation Manager as needed
  • Injecting marketing best practices into every aspect of the job

Qualifications

Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Basic knowledge of email execution within an ESP (e.g., Emma, Mailchimp, Pardot, HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Sharp time-management skills for juggling numerous projects simultaneously; familiarity with project management software a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Experience in education, library, museum, child care, furniture and/or construction field(s) a plus

Additional Information

And here’s our end of the bargain!

  • Hourly: $19-$30 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
  • Excellent medical/dental and vision coverage—EPO, PPO and HSA
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution (because you will retire someday)
  • Flexible benefits—choose what you like, ignore the rest
  • On-site preschool for our employees’ children
  • On-site employee gym for all levels/fitness needs
  • Generous employee discount on products that make you smarter
