The role

The Brand Partnerships Specialist will own all of Eight Sleep’s sports and brand partnerships campaigns, maximizing return on investment and ensuring the right brand positioning in all customer touchpoints.

How you’ll contribute

• Own the execution of our global athlete and sports team contracts

• Source and lead all brand partnerships with third parties, boosting brand awareness

• Manage multiple Strava campaigns

• Lead bulk purchase deals, orchestrating execution across departments

• Revamp Eight Sleep’s Athlete Program, creating a scalable approach to work with athletes worldwide

• Collaborate with our brand team on impactful sports marketing campaigns across all our regions

• Analyze campaign results and learnings, reporting tothe leadership team the impact on the business and roadmap forward

What you need to succeed

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing project or campaign management

• High-intensity, resourceful, and ability to move fast with highly effective campaigns

• Great understanding across different sports disciplines

• Top-notch relationship development and management skills

• Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up

• A strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done and grow the business

• Strong analytical skills, processing and converting data into actionable insights
