What You’ll Do:

  • Perform high-quality repairs on vehicle bodies, panels, and frames

  • Refinish and paint vehicles to restore them to factory condition

  • Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to meet deadlines

  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following company standards

  • Stay current with industry best practices and training

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in auto body repair or refinishing (entry-level and experienced techs welcome)

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Qualifications


Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training in automotive repair or body shop work is preferred.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an automotive body shop environment.
- Proven track record of successfully completing vehicle body repairs and refinishing tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in using body shop tools and equipment, including sanders, welders, and paint sprayers.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair techniques and vehicle structural components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve body repair issues.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and provide updates to supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
