Data Entry Specialist - Winter Haven, FL
 Scope:

• This position is intended to provide data entry support for laboratory and processing operations . The primary responsibility for the Data Entry Specialist is the interpretation and input of operational and analytical data into existing spreadsheets, databases and JDE formats.

The Data Entry Specialist shall also provide support for the other departmental groups on an as needed basis.
Description of Duties:

• Daily entry of all lot transfer sheet information into the FCC Distillation spreadsheet
• Entry of analytical results from data packets for purchased materials and finished product blends into the FCC QC spreadsheet
• Timely entry of GC component data for still cuts into the FCC Distillation spreadsheet
• Assist FCC Management personnel as needed in the process of recording and distributing internal meeting minutes
• The Data Entry Specialist may assist in special projects as they evolve. These may involve both citrus and flavor applications
• All other duties as directed and appropriate for the purposes of Florida Chemical Company

Shift Description:                                

• Monday through Friday 8 a .m. to 5 p.m.  
• Schedule may include additional time as needed and approved by management

Educational Requirements:             

• High school graduation required; some college preferred.

Additional Skills/Considerations:

• Organization, typing, data entry skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively re-prioritize tasks
• Experience with JDE, SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• MS Office to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience necessary.

• Standing, walking, sitting, manual dexterity, and some time spent in an industrial
• environment

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$32,200.00 - $59,000.00
