INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• manage local warehouse employees & last-mile transportationensure wh operations fulfill all regulatory (external/legal) standardsmonitor and drive wh performance along cost, quality (damage during storage), financial stability & risk objectivessupport the site supply review process in the monthly s&op cycleprepare financial performance targets for the wh (incl. Capex) & support the preparation of the corporate business planprovide support/coaching to local wh team (if needed)

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

• optimize wh network / logistics with a mid-/long-term focus (with global wh mgr. / continuous improvement)oversee the financial performance wh ops (with head of logistics, local logistics)
