Senior Instructor

The National Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Senior Instructor to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Chantilly, VA. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

• Provides dedicated support to MPAC; provides general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required

• Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training program

• Facilitates all programs to train all levels of personnel across customer (IC)

• Administers experiential learning experiences/simulations

• Works with ISDs to continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date

• Coordinates with TAs on class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness

• Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques

• Provides technical advice/input that impact strategic client outputs and Leidos business results

• Requires ability to communicate with senior executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization/project

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.

US Citizenship required.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of experience, OR Master's degree and 15+ years of experience OR Doctorate with 13 – 16 years of prior relevant experience

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,850.00 - $222,075.00
