Inside Sales Representative

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and validate RFQ commercial requirements, and ensure quoted price and lead-time align with requirements.
- Provide quotes for multiple sales channels and remain a point of contact for opportunities throughout entire sales lifecycle.
- Process new orders or changes to existing orders, and ensure all change requests are documented correctly. Includes approval for products, services, and RMA as needed.
- Perform data entry in Salesforce and ERP system and ensure data integrity.
- Create, maintain and submit internal or external forms as needed (e.g. quality, certifications, supplier profiles, customer surveys, etc.)
- Assist in areas including but not limited to: costing, analyses, process improvement, and other special projects assigned by management
- Adhere to company policies, quality processes, training, and safety standards

- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite of products

EXPERIENCE
- Customer service: 1-2 years (Required)
- Data Entry: 1-2 years (Required)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
EDUCATION
- BA/BS degree in relevant field
- Successful work experience in sales, customer service, or similar position
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
