FX, Money Market & OTC Derivatives Operations Administrator

Mellon Technologies SA, seeks to hire an FX, Money Market & OTC Derivatives Operations Administrator on behalf of a large Financial Institute:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure complete and accurate capturing of FX – Money Market & OTC Derivatives transactions in the systems.
• Create and send Swift messages – monitor the settlement of transactions.
• Post accounting entries.
• Communication with counterparties where and when required.
• Monitoring of margin calls related to OTC Derivatives transactions and settlement.
• Perform various reconciliations related to collateral management.
• Preparation and dispatch of valuation statements for clients
• Review of Legal Agreements related to Treasury activity against the Bank’s policy.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Any related professional experience will be considered an asset.
• Have basic knowledge of investment products (FX, OTC Derivatives etc.)
• Are Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially excel and word.
• Are fluent in English language.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
